THE CERTIFICATE OF CHARACTER & EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME
The Certificate of Character & Employability programme enables students to identify and strengthen affirmative character attributes, and to develop interpersonal skills, during their time in the Sixth Form.
The criteria to obtain the award include attending in-person training presentations, conducting self-reflection work on positive character traits and the consistent demonstration of key personal values and practical interpersonal skills over the academic year.
Once a student has fulfilled these criteria they can apply for the Certificate. The award is designed to sit alongside academic qualifications; it provides tangible evidence for future employers that the holder possesses particular human skills and attributes.
