Anna has worked extensively over the last 13 years with The English Manner, an etiquette and protocol training company, liaising with corporate and individual clients in the UK and around the world. Simultaneously, she has taken a very active role in her children's school communities. Building on this area of personal interest, and combining this with over 30 years of professional experience in the corporate world, Anna founded The HI Company as a means of providing positive opportunities for young people.

Jimmy, a former independent school headmaster, is the Founder of Right Place Education, supporting families from all over the world with school placement, advice and assessment. He co-founded the APT assessment in 2020, is a school Governor and was at the forefront of the design and establishment of the PSB framework, pulling together skills into an assessment framework for Prep School aged children.

Melanie has over a decade of experience working across the education, charity and creative industries. As Founding Artistic Director of Go People Productions and Revels In Hand Events she creates productions built on clarity, confidence and impactful storytelling. She has extensive experience as an academic tutor, as well as facilitating workshops specialising in effective communication and interview techniques. Melanie is passionate about equipping young adults with the skills and self-belief needed to succeed in the modern workplace.

Nick has over 30 years experience in Sixth Form education. He is Head of Sixth Form at Epsom College - a position he has held since 2013, a governor at Teddington School and an experienced ISI Inspector. He has led academic and pastoral departments, EDI and national conferences in Character Education. Nick is really pleased to support The Human Intelligence Company as ‘it provides a vital aspect of a complete modern education'.
